From inception to clean up, the process of producing events is a never-ending trail of tasks that draw your attention. Your passion is the event. You want to see it be all it can be. But there's a side one really doesnt like to consider - the "What If XXX happens?"

Enter Sundance. We take your event vision, location and content, and develop an Event Safety Plan that addresses almost every conceivable "What If?". We review that plan to ensure compliace with local, state and federal codes and standards. We share the master plan with cooperating agencies and local authorities to provide a seamless intgration with emergency services when needed. We contract needed resources from local, well qualified vendors who have proven track records. And we provide event day management and oversight to keep it all moving along smoothly and efficiently. We can event provide and coordinate a central communications point for all departments to improve service to your most important priority, your guests.
Production of Movies, TV and Web Based Content and other new media can create very different risks from normal work and event types. Long Hours, remote locations, strenous workloads and envirmental exposures can wear on crew, talent and above the line staff. Effects and stunts carry their own inherent dangers.

Our medics believe in walking the set, camp and staging areas keeping an eye on the crew to make sure no one is looking bad. Keeping a distant extra eye to unnecessary hazards, and quietly brining them to the attention of those who can correct the hazzard.
Motorsports of all kinds present a different set of challenges from every other form of live event. That's why we treat them differently then other "Events".

Our leadership team has been heavily invoved in motorsports safety from the early 1980's, and seen just about anything that can happen. We developed some methods that are widely used today. From NASCAR santioned Stock cars to NHRA sanctioned Drags, IMCA Modifieds, Dwarfs, Sprints and Outlaws, and Off Road Desert Racers, we have worked on them all.
